Wynn Al Marjan Island marks a defining moment for Ras Al Khaimah’s evolution as a world-class hospitality and leisure destination. Inspired by the curves of the shoreline and the island’s sweeping horizon lines, the resort features a striking sculptural form that has already become one of the Middle East’s most distinctive architectural landmarks.

Enclave

A singular concept created by Wynn Design and Development for Wynn Al Marjan Island, Enclave is a private world of refinement and tranquility. Designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design & Development, as a rarified destination within a destination, Enclave is conceived as a coastal mansion in the sky, primarily positioned on the upper floors of Wynn Al Marjan Island and presenting spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf.

Enclave offers a total of 313 suites and exclusive accommodations across seven distinct room types, starting with One-Bedroom Suites that measure 75 square meters, while larger Parlor and Salon Suites also will be available.

The Paris and Mayfair Apartments

On the Resort Tower’s uppermost floors, a pair of lavish two-story Apartments measures approximately 1,500 square meters each to create spectacular experiences shaped by privacy, beauty, and intention. Officially named the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, these exceptional spaces were created through a collaboration between Todd-Avery Lenahan and internationally acclaimed design studios Pinto of Paris and Anouska Hempel Design of London. Each Apartment is accessed via a private foyer and offers seven bedrooms, multiple entertaining spaces, and interiors shaped by opulence.

Townhomes

Four two-level Townhomes with Arabian Gulf views have been designed in two- or four-bedroom configurations that measure approximately 630 or 1,110 square meters each. Design details include soaring vaulted ceilings, grand staircases, an expansive private suite, and dedicated spa facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium. Elegant salons perfect for both living and entertaining are also key to the layout of each Townhome, from palatial living and dining rooms to a dedicated library, billiards room, and media room.

Marina Estates

The Enclave experience also extends to 10 Marina Estates on a private-access peninsula adjacent to Wynn Al Marjan Island’s deepwater Marina.

Wynn Marina

The 98-berth deepwater Wynn Marina has been designed to provide a level of service that accommodates the operational requirements of modern superyachts while anticipating the discerning needs of owners, guests, captains, and crew. Offering a maximum depth of five meters, Wynn Marina will readily accommodate luxury yachts up to 85 meters in overall length.

Designed as a seamless extension of the resort, Wynn Marina will combine world-class marina infrastructure and operations with direct access to Wynn Al Marjan Island’s accommodations, dining, entertainment, wellness, and retail experiences.

Wynn Marina’s singular layout showcases a circular basin that utilizes a radial berthing configuration designed around the natural geometry of the harbor. Unlike a traditional linear marina layout, Wynn Marina’s highly distinctive configuration will provide wider fairways, support efficient vessel movements, and create direct connectivity between berths and the marina’s central island.

IGY Marinas has been appointed as the exclusive marina partner for Wynn Al Marjan Island. Operating out of the Capitainerie, the marina team will assist and accommodate both leisure craft and superyachts while offering cutting-edge berthing technology and superior marine services to guests.

Upon arrival in Wynn Marina, owners, guests, and crew will be welcomed through a dedicated experience modeled on the resort’s own check-in process. Passport processing, room-key issuance and guest services will be managed through the Capitainerie, while private vessel-side check-in also can be arranged. Within the Capitainerie, dedicated facilities for captains and crew will include changing, shower, and welfare amenities.
