WHAT IS STAGE 0?
Before a project is drawn, it must be defined.

Many developments lose their identity through unclear briefs, early assumptions or design decisions made before the right questions are asked.

 

Marjan Design Lab engages at Stage 0, before consultants are appointed, drawings are finalised and workflows become too rigid to evolve.

 

At this stage, the Lab helps determine a series of key elements.

 

This framework ensures projects remain focused, commercially grounded and aligned from concept to completion.
