For Immediate Release: 30 June 2026: Sheikh Ahmed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Public Services Department in Ras Al Khaimah and Chairman of Marjan Group, and Sheikh Khalid bin Saud Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Investment and Development Office, attended a ceremony held at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island to celebrate the continued success of Elevate, the national talent development programme delivered through the strategic partnership between Marjan and ALEC Holdings.
Hosted by Marjan, Ras Al Khaimah’s leading master developer, and ALEC Holdings, the ceremony marked another important milestone for Elevate, which has supported the employment of 105 Emirati nationals in Ras Al Khaimah since May 2025. The event also recognised several outstanding employees for their performance, achievements, and professional development through the programme.
The achievement builds on the progress made since Elevate was launched in June 2024, with the support of the UAE federal government programme Nafis, and in alignment with the Human Resources Department of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, the initiative is designed to empower national talent, strengthen private-sector participation and equip Emirati professionals to contribute to the rapid development taking place across Ras Al Khaimah.
Elevate continues to provide structured career pathways, specialised training and professional development opportunities for Emirati nationals, with a focus on engineering, construction and technical disciplines. The programme is helping prepare qualified national talent with the skills and experience required to support the Emirate’s major development projects and long-term economic growth.
As Ras Al Khaimah strengthens its position as one of the region’s fastest-growing investment destinations, the continued commitment of Marjan and ALEC Holdings reflects the importance of investing in young national talent.
