United Arab Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah (29 September, 2026) – Marjan Hospitality is continuing to invest in the evolution of Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality offering with major refurbishment programmes underway at Rixos Al Mairid and Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island, encompassing more than 600 rooms across both properties.
The announcement comes as the hospitality industry gathers in Dubai for Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) World, where Marjan is an official partner, underscoring its continued commitment to investing in the quality, depth and long-term evolution of Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality offering.
These improvements showcase Marjan’s continued investment in its hospitality portfolio to meet the expectations and aspirations of its tourists and residents.
Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah
At Rixos Al Mairid, the main building rooms are being fully refurbished, with a scheduled reopening in December 2026.
The refurbishment supports the property’s move towards a premium positioning, introducing a refined design direction, elevated furnishings, finishes and layouts that transform the guest experience while preserving its distinctive character.
Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island
At Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island, all 300 rooms are being refurbished as part of a comprehensive enhancement, with the hotel scheduled to reopen Q2 2027. The property will transition to an adults-only resort, creating a more focused guest experience.
The new design concept, Ocean Dusk & Dawn, draws inspiration from the changing light across the Arabian Sea and the surrounding landscape of Al Marjan Island. The concept brings together the colours, textures and atmosphere of the coastline to create a renewed guest experience connected to its setting.

The refurbishment programmes form part of Marjan Hospitality’s wider approach to strengthening the calibre and depth of Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality offering.
The continued investment comes at a time when Ras Al Khaimah is seeing significant momentum across its tourism and hospitality sector, including the development of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
